The next time you take a family trip with us, you'll get even better value every day with our new family fare. It's available all year-round, for any fare type and for one-way or return trips. You'll automatically get the discount off your whole booking when it includes at least one adult or senior, one infant or child, and any vehicle (excluding motorbikes). Maximum of 8 people per booking.

There's plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. We have a range of cabin sizes, from single to five berth family options. Family Fare Terms and Conditions
You’ll automatically get a family fare discount on the fare type you choose if your booking includes at least one adult or senior, one infant or child, and any vehicle (excluding motorbikes). Fare types: bluebridge.co.nz/payment#fare-types. The discount will be applied to a maximum of one primary vehicle per booking (car, ute, van, 4x4 or campervan/motorhome) and a vehicle towed by the primary vehicle e.g. boat or trailer. The conditions of the fare type you choose will apply. You can change your booking subject to availability) provided the change is requested 24 hours before check-in. If notification is not received 24 hours before check-in the fare will not be transferred. Transferred fares must be used within 12 months of the original travel date. Where the same price fare is unavailable an upgrade payment will be required.
You’ll be required to leave your vehicle and remain within the passenger areas throughout the duration of the sailing. Please be aware all vehicle decks are locked at time of departure and you’ll not be able to access your vehicle until the ship has arrived at its destination.
All gang patches and insignia must be removed before check-in. Failure to comply will result in refusal of travel. Please note that groups of travellers affiliated to an organisation and wearing a patch or insignia may also be asked to remove this before or during travel.
